Cant rate it, dont have it - Barska 6-24X50 IR Sniper Scope

I bought this scope a month ago, the elevation turret not moving much even with many clicks. The windage turret completly unresponsive out of box.I called Barska right away they emailed me a Rma#. I had to pay for shipping, its been several weeks now still no scope. The rings are very low quality I bought a $40 set of rings for my Remington 700 5R milspec, they attatched to a nightforce picatinny rail.I don't know when it will arrive if its much longer I will just buy the Leupold I should have got in the beginning. I only bought it because it was cheap and I wanted to shoot my new rifle, whilst saving for the high end Leupold Mark 4 which is $1899.00.
