Legacy Reviewer's Review of Barska Battalion 7x50mm Porro Prism Rangefinder Binoculars
These binoculars are 7x50 and fully multicoated on lenses so the field of view is quite bright.
The objects begin to loose focus and distort 2/3 of the way from the center of the field. There is also a pincusion distortion noticeble at the edge of the field.
The pincusion distortion is normal in non high-end binoculars but loosing the focus because of the field curvature is a problem for me.
Pros: Strong construction
Cons: The optical quality could be better.
