Broken optics on sale - Barska Top Mounted Fixed Iron Sight

I purchased this product on sale ,the Lazer did not work I thought it was dead batteries so I went to Walgreens and bought twenty dollars in batteries, and the Lazer still did not work after the brand new batteries,i didn't even attempt to return it to opticsplanet because I would even loose more money on shipping,i hope you guys don't send broken products to everyone thats bad business, maybe I received a refurbished one or just plane broken whatever the case you guys need to do function test on your products before sending them out to the customers.
