Poor optics, good everything else - Barska 10x25mm Lucid-View Pocket Monoculars

I like the way it desighned and equipped but I bought it to look through and NOT to look at. Thus i am confused. Later I bought another cheap monocular - TASCO 10x25 - it has worse design and certain quality problems but it's optics has NO blur. Though TASCO contrast in the center is not so good as BARSCA provides.
Pros: Neat and durable case, rubbered body, good adjustment, good strap, good contrast in focus center
Cons: Focus is only in center, 70% of vision field around center is blureed
