I love it - Barska Naturescape Waterproof 20-60x80 Phase Coated Spotting Scope w/ ED Glass AD11110

I am a novice who did lots of research before my purchase. ED glass was always going to be beyond my budget until Optics Planet ran this special! The images are crisp and clear thanks to that ED glass, BAK 4 Prism and Phase and Multi Coatings. I use this at my home with ocean and beach views and am impressed with it's performance. Ships sitting at anchor present a target with many straight lines at considerable distances. No chromatic aberation is evident. Corners and edges of Hulls and Turretts present without any colour fringing, even at 60X. The Zoom is a little stiff at first but is getting smoother with time. The Focus is not sloppy and easy to use. The threaded main lens cap may allow a moon filter to be screwed onto the scope, but this is just speculation without any research into this. The Eyepiece has a twist up cup for adjusting eye relief and holds it's position well after adjustment. I have no hesitation in recommending this as a great Spotter and at it's current Special price should be something you give serious consideration too.
