Okay desk safe - Barska Quick Access Biometric Handgun Desk Safe

I’ve had a larger Barska biometric safe (model AX11224) for about 5 years. It has always worked great and I have been very pleased with it, so I thought I would stay with the same brand. I bought this safe to keep a pistol by my nightstand. My Glock model 34 fits, but just barely. The fingerprint scanner doesn’t work quite as well as the larger AX11224 does, so I’m a little disappointed, but not disappointed enough to return it. The safe could be pried off the nightstand fairly easily. It’s not the most secure for burglary, but at least it will keep my toddlers out. It would be more secure under a desk if both the side and top of the bracket were attached. I would give it 3.5 stars if that was an option.
