Could be better - Battle Arms Development AR Magazine Release Part Kit 2

The release seems to be machined well enough. The issue is that BAD has changed the design of how the extension tab attaches to the button. It's now attached by a tiny screw, which is counter sunk in the button and relies on back pressure to secure the extension. The issue with this is, BAD included no instructions or notification with the release. As a result, in trying to detach the extension, the tiny screw stripped out. I reached out to BAD and was told by their customer service agent, that a replacement would be mailed out. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing yet. Emailed their customer service back to inquire about it, a week ago and as of writing this review, have received no reply. I will leave it for you to determine the reliability of their customer service, but as for me, I'm done with BAD as a company.
