This is the handguard that I needed to complete a 7.5 300 blackout build. I chose this because I wanted to have my muzzle device close to but not contacting the handguard in which there is about a 1/8" gap. There is enough mlock to have adequate rail covers and mount an afg. There are no alignment tabs but the mounting hardware provide for a thoroughly secure attachment. I really like this handguard!
Pros:
- Looks great and is highly function for a short build using a suppressor or blast mitigation device.
Cons:
- No aligment tabs.
Best Used for:
- Pdw, backpack, etc
