A benchmade with attitude - Benchmade 950 Rift Knife by Osborne Design w/ 8.27" Overall Length

I own a lot of knives, and the Benchmade Rift is one of my favorites. Rugged, beautiful looks; wide, reverse tanto blade with a deep swedge; gorgeous milled and contoured handle; solid feel. It’s a Benchmade with attitude. Definitely a hard use knife. I chose the black/charcoal handle with a satin blade. It is a stunning knife.

Pros:

154CM steel. Offers a great balance between edge retention, ease of sharpening and resistance to chipping.

Versatile, beautiful blade shape. Probably my favorite.

Nice, thick blade stock.

AXIS lock. By far my favorite lock of all on the market.

Great ergonomics. Contorted handle fills your hand and gives you a firm and comfortable grip.

Durable, solid construction will hold up to hard use.

Easy to clean open pillar construction.

Cons:

None. Some may say it’s a little heavy, but I like the solid weighty feel.

Conclusion:

This is a great knife. Buy it. You’ll love it.
