Horrible customer service. - Benchmade Pagan Automatic Folding Knife

Blade don't always come out nor retract. Was sent in to Benchmade twice. Was told a rep would contact me, never happened. Been dealing with a non working knife for 10 months. Bad customer service. No more Benchmade for me. Stick with Microtech.
