I have used many paddle-type accessories in the past that when you drew your gun or magazine the unit came with it. It will never happen with this rig. IT HAS TEETH. It's never going anywhere once in place unless you move it.
Pros: Absolutely non-slip paddle. Bianchi quality.
Cons: Non. Does what it is designed to do.
