I bought this gunbelt to go with a Bianchi 7001 holster which accept belts up to 1.75 inches wide. This belt is 1.75 inches wide and and can be used in the belt loops of your trousers around your waist if the belt loops are wide enough. (It works in blue jeans and in most of my outdoor hiking pants, but it is too wide for most of my dress pants.

The belt also works as a traditional gun belt worn around the hips below the waistline, although I generally prefer a 2" belt for this use. The belt is quite thick (about 1/4 inch) because it is completely lined with the "fuzzy" part of the hook and loop fastening system. This makes it very comfortable to wear but also makes it harder to feed through the belt loops and the holster loop. The belt is stiff enough to support comfortably a 3 lb. .44 mag revolver in its holster during a full day of hiking in rugged mountains.

Like all Bianchi products, this belt features high quality construction, and it looks like it was designed and constructed to last forever.
Pros: Convenient, versatile (use around the hips or in the belt loops of your trousers), durable, comfortables, and high quality constructions
Cons: The Velcro fastening patch could be an inch or so longer for more secure fastening.
