Nighthiker's Review of Bianchi M1425 Tactical Hip Extender - OD 15141
As a day hiker and also a multiday backpacker I choose to carry a firearm during my backcountry trips. For day trips I use a M12 holster to carry my firearm. When wearing a backpack with a padded hip belt I am unable to carry a firearm with some of my backpacks. With the M1425 Tactical Hip Extender I can attach it to my hip belt (room on the padded waist belt for the M1425 Tactical Hip Extender but not the holster) and carry my firearm while backpacking. I can also attach a magazine pouch to the M1425 Tactical Hip Extender above the holster.
