Great for leaving even coating - Birchwood Casey RIG-Rag Universal Grease Applicator

This is a "nice to have" but does make applying the grease much easier and quicker. I think it's worth a shot if you are on the fence. I've used it a number of times for greasing slides and other parts which tend to be harder to get an even coat without wasting grease with a paper towel.
