A good, low priced headlamp. Headband is adjustable. Lamp itself is electronically adjustable in steady mode. Strobe flash feature is not too fast. Good for bicycle use at night. Light is a wide angle light. Brightest at close distance of about 5 feet. Farther distances, light spreads out. Not as bright at longer distances.
