Alert bag - BlackHawk A.L.E.R.T. Bags w/ Wheels

The older design had a second compartment under the top that was extremely handy for the transportation of firearms. I used this model while in the service. I was hoping that this one would be the same. This newer variant is considerably lighter, though. I'm uncertain which will be better in the long run.
Pros: Well constructed. Length of the bag is perhaps the biggest selling point.
Cons: Nonne that I can see.
