The picture shown shows 3 straps across the bottom of the cheek pad. What I received was actually the "lace up" version that has 1 string which criss-crosses across the bottom and is tightened at the back. Not a huge deal, but I would have prefered the 3 straps.
Pros: Better feel when shooting your weapon
Cons: The picture shown doesn't exactly match what I received
