It was a bit tough for me to determine the size being in between sizes. I have pants with perfect loops but it's still a little tricky to get thru the loop to fasten it. Solid construction. Comfortable. So secure, I trust my life to iT I've used this belt and it's very reliable. i am comfortable and no doubt i am very secured.I am very happy with this belt! It is VERY comfortable to wear and is very secure. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I can depend on my gear. I bought one of these about three years ago. Its still in great shape. I have worn it pretty much every day since I received it.I have used it for rescue work on the ambulance and when doing telephone work I use it to help carry my tools. The running end is starting to fray a little but the rest of the belt looks like it did the day I first got it. Great deal for an amazing belt that lasts.
