Thin belt, and good deal except for belt loop. - BlackHawk 4103 CQC Pistol Belts

I love this belt but wonder about its durability. Very thin, and it supports a Glock 27, extra mag, and smartphone with no issues.

I've tried about 3 other "dress belts" from well-known holster makers. They are mostly strong, durable belts, but what they call dress-appropriate belts are for casual wear at best and more appropriate for jeans.

IMO, these CQC belts are fine for business causal (I work at a bank where business casual is permitted.) and OK for suits if you're atmosphere isn't too fashion-oriented. I don't think they would make it in a Wall Street/high finance/law firm environment, though.

I ordered a black belt and a brown belt, but have only had them about a month. The weak point is definitely the belt loop. The brown loop has already broken, but I was able to sew it back together (for now).

Unfortunately, this happened after I had already put medium-strength thread locker on the Chicago screws, so it wasn't much fun sewing the loop with it still on the belt.

Without thread locker, the screws will back out after awhile, so I'd recommend using the low-strength adhesive on the Chicago screws.

In summary, at this price, I'll be thrilled if I can get a year or two out of the belts, but disappointed if they begin to deteriorate in less than a year.
Pros: Low price, very thin but strong belt.
Cons: Belt loop. Unsure of long-term durability.
