Another great product - BlackHawk HydraStorm Matrix 100oz Pack 65MT00OD

For a midsized bag, this is a great choice. Made with climbing and rope use in mind, but makes for a great g/p bag. It has an organizer type pouch, internal pockets, and a secondary pouch in the main compartment for another hydration bladder or laptop. I am very pleased with this bag, very well made. I find I want to pack more than it will hold, just because I keep finding another corner to stuff something.
Pros: Many small pouches and internal pockets
Cons: can run out of space
