Enough pockets, but not too many. Good flexibility. A good deal of thought went into the design of this vest. The magazine holder pockets are perfect. Padding is not excessive or cumbersome. Not an item that you will utilize that frequently, but when you do use or need a tactical vest, this will do the job. Price is reasonable for quality and utility of this vest.
