Gloves made in china - what did i expect - Blackhawk S.O.L.A.G. HD w/Nomex

I BARELY recommend these gloves. I ordered an XL size (as I always do online with gloves) and the gloves fit me almost as good as the ten dollar pair from lowes - the problem that I find is that the index finger of the gloves is actually longer than the middle finger!
In a "Tactical" glove, where I am going to be using my index finger for things like trigger pulling and sight adjusting, this is an extreme problem. I have friends who either tell me to put cotton in the end of the finger inside the glove, or cut off the end - which seems silly in a pair of gloves that almost cost a hundred bucks! I would not purchase another set of these without first trying them on in a store. Now I have a set of expensive gloves that take a back seat to the ten dollar set from Lowes. Too back Blackhawk is having all of their gear made in China now - nothing like helping out your own country and population!

Overall, I would not purchase again, and only recommend because the gloves are pretty good quality aside from the fitting issue with the index finger.

(Can O.P. make it any more of a pain to leave a freakin' review???)
