Most Helpful Negative Review Installation ?
I found this to be tedious to install. After I pulled the strap out of the hardware and wrapped it around the stock, I found that the tip of the strap was too thick, making it difficult to reinsert into the hardware, at least when the strap was sufficiently tightened. Perhaps it's just me and others...

Well Made - Works Great

by ToolGuy, Verified Owner from PA, United States Written on September 16, 2022
This is a well made product that works great. The nylon feels soft, but it grips tightly in the two parallel rings, and doesn't slip when you pull on it. I bought this to create a single point sling with a standard rifle stock (non-AR style). The strap is thick, around 2.2mm vs my 1.4mm sling strap. The tag says 'Made in Vietnam', at least it's a quasi-democracy and not China.
Pros:
  • Thick and grips.
Cons:
  • Made in Vietnam, not USA
Best Used for:
  • Creating a Sling Mount

Nice All Around Adapter

by Rick, Verified Owner from MD, United States Written on May 24, 2022
I was looking to put a single point sling on my Beretta CX4 Storm and thought this little adapter was worth a shot, given the price (if not, then it would just go into my random gun part bin). I was not wrong, this is a handy adapter that fit over my rear sling bar nicely, although I could placed it a different locations on my carbine given it’s versatility.
Pros:
  • Price
  • Versaitle configerations
Cons:
  • None

Excellent set up for M4 type stock

by Wm Palmer, Verified Owner from SC, United States Written on May 2, 2018
This item is one of those things that does not look very impressive until you actually try it. I have this set up on a std M4 type collapsible stock, and it works very well. It provides a munch better anchor point that provides qood capability with an HK style snap hook. I use this with a VTAC sling, and IMO it is the best set up you can use. It addition, I have the std AR front sight post (f) set up. All the fancy ways to attach your sling are no better than this...I use two loops of 550 cord., with an HK snap hook. Instant on and off...no cost.
Pros:
  • works
Cons:
  • None

Well-made, handy for my needs

by Mike, from VA, United States Written on February 4, 2017
Works well if you need a simple way to add an extra sling attachment point for a snap link. I needed one for the rear of a CZ Scorpion for one of my slings that didn't use QR sling swivels. Well made, I'm sure I'll find a use for it on another gun.

Great adaptor Strap

by www.triadholsters.com, Verified Owner from OH, United States Written on August 25, 2016
This is a quality made adaptor strap at a great price. Used this strap on our Kriss Vector , to use a Magpul MS3 sling. Can be used on a variety of buffer tubes. Easy to adjust and was able to trim the extra material with some scissors and then use a light to keep from fraying.

Single Oint Adapter

by ChrisB, from CA, United States Written on February 9, 2015
I was looking for a sling adapter for my Kel Tec SU-16B & SU-16CA. I found this and installed on both weapons and now I can use my Magpul Tactical sling. It is very tough and stay on pretty tight. I bought three, one each for my two Kel Tec,s and I installed one on my GSG 522SD, .22LR. It works great for my GSG too. I installed it on the front forearm of the GSG and now I can use a Magpul 2 Point sling. Great and inexpensive sling adapter. This adapter is beast used for rifles without a traditional AR-15, M-16, M-4 type charging handle. Would be good for traditional bolt actions too.
Pros:
  • Very easy to install and inexpensive
Cons:
  • Not to be used for weapons with AR style Charging handles
Best Used for:
  • Weapons without sling adapters

Easy single point sling adapter

by Stan, Verified Owner from GA, United States Written on January 29, 2015
This is an extremely efficient way to attach a single point sling to your rifle. A no nonsense piece of equipment which is easily configured to work from either side. It is very compatible with the Blackhawk single point sling but will work with a wide variety of other slings. Highly recommended.

exactly what it should be

by Charlie, Verified Owner from MN, United States Written on June 7, 2013
This adapter is exactly what it should be, quality materials and workmanship, designed properly to do it's job. Since the strap fits snugly through the buckles it take a minute to tighten it on the weapon but one in place it will stay there. Under stress your weapon will probably break before the adapter does. And under $10.
