I would give them six stars if i could - Blackhawk Warrior Wear Desert Ops Boots, Sage Green

They don't have steel toes and they aren't waterproof. They aren't meant to be. Here is how much I like them: I have bought eight pair. My first pair lasted 5 years before the sole finally came off of one of them. I wore them upland hunting, working, and on occasion as a fashion statement. I ordered a second pair for myself last week. The other six pairs I've bought were for friends. We all have the same opinion - These are the most comfortable, practical, and suited-for-walking upland boots we've ever worn. They are relatively inexpensive. At $120 per pair they cost me $24 per year. I have no doubt that they could possibly be worn out in one or two years by an every day wearer. Still worth it. I wore them hunting Huns and sharpies in Montana. We walked drainages and mesas all day, up and down, side to side. At the end of the day everything was tired but my feet were in great shape and ready for the next day. You won't regret this purchase.
