Complete and compact
Has all the essentials for an actual trauma and nothing you don’t need. I’d initially gone the cheap route and put a kit together on my own. Basically put the same items included in this trauma kit but stuffed it in a Condor small medical pouch. After receiving this kit I swapped all the items from my condor and checked weight. Low a behold, the Condor pouch alone weighed what this complete kit weighs including belt attachment. Once on the belt I can barely tell it’s there when the condor kit would bounce and pull my range belt down quite a bit. Don’t hesitate and buy this kit!!!!
Perfect size IFAK
Another great one from Blue Force Gear! The fit of this on my battle belt is perfect and does not push into my back when in the seating position. I am able to fit all the essentials without the kit opening up on me during training. Everybody who has experience knows how annoying that can be. If you bleed green then you will appreciate this piece of kit.

Mine only came with the blue insert. Turns out the American Red Cross has trademarked having a Red Cross symbol on any medical gear. BFG can no longer give the red inserts. There is more information on the kit listing on the BFG website. Aside from that mess, a very nice pouch, great quality. Had a cheap airsoft copy and I could rip it in half. Not this one. The pull tabs on the sides are brilliant.

Very high quality
I really like this pouch, its very well made and designed, very compact. Everything you need and nothing you do not. I bought mine empty but it will fit all the essentials and has band for retaining pens, needles, ect.

I love this kit. It’s externally nice quality materiel. This is the best quality micro trauma kit and nicest nylon I’ve ever seen in my life. And also it works exactly like it is suppose to with absolutely no issues what so ever.

highly recommended
I have ordered this for work and all i can say is that this product is amazing. I have nothing negative to say about this. It is small and compact. It is easy to put on your Battle belt/ duty belt or even on a regular belt.

Nice med pouch
This med pouch is so perfect . You can excess it from either hand with no problem. It’s flat and nice size . And it’s well made . Made in the U.S.A. I highly recommend this pouch . Other ones have zippers that are hard to open with one hand.

I love this Little med kit. It allows you to keep all your life essential medical supplies closely on your belt. It holds all the med supplies securely. Could not be more happy with this purchase. Great price from a great service provider.

Hard to Beat
Perfect size for a belt mounted trauma kit. The product is well made, functional, and practical. The black and reflective symbol inserts are a nice touch. Also, to note, as long as you purchase the right items to go with it, it isn't really that hard to load (see the BFG website).

solid product but
The only problems I have run into so far was was putting everything in the pack which is a good thing considering how snug everything is. I have not run into any issues while running around with it. Everything stays nice and tight and in place.
