The pad does what it was designed to do, help absorb recoil. Just wish it was larger so that it would completely fill up pouch in vest. Used a safety pin to keep it in place. Can use it on any vest with a safety pin! Would buy again and recommend.
Pros: Helps wilth recoil
Cons: Needs to be larger
