Just the special-needs ticket--and a bargain - Bobster Foamerz Anti-fog Eyewear with Black Frame

As one who is older and with eye problems, I must minimize eye contact with dust. This product is a terrific improvement over regular sunglasses, even those with large lenses and frames. While not as dust-free as, say, swim goggles (which I have utilized in the past), these Bobsters are not as conspicuous, either. In short, they do the job for me and remain fog-free, because of the small gaps in the foam that lines the inside of the frame. I ordered two pairs-one for my use at our Michigan home and another for our place in Florida. Right now there is a large construction project next door and everyone in our complex complains about the blowing dust and dirt. I hate to think of the effect upon my eyes if I wore regular sunglasses--not to mention the bawling out I would receive from my ophthalmologist. A bonus, in my opinion, is the handsome zippered case with belt-loop snap that accompanies the glasses. I was surprised and pleased at the response I received when I called Optics Planet regarding the broken snap on one of the cases. The telephone representative told me that, although OP does not have replacement parts, OP gladly would issue to me a return-shipping label and either take the order back for a full refund or ship to me a replacement product. She went on the say that she would email me the label--which she did. She added, giving me the number, that I might wish instead to telephone the manufacturer to request a replacement--which I did. The Bobster phone representative apologized for the problem, even though likely it was not the cause, and promised immediately to express-mail to me a replacement--which she did (and not just the broken snap but another case with snap attached). I have high standards and when I received bad service, I complain. Therefore, when I receive good service (in this case extraordinarily good service!), it is incumbent upon me to compliment. Try as I might, I cannot find a single reason to find even minute fault with either Optics Planet or Bobster. My highest compliments to both....
