Matt S.'s Review of Boker Plus Warbird Folding Knives Boris Manasherov

I own many knives made by Boker and I have tried a couple of Manasherov's designs. This is the best one of his by far.

The overall knife is thin and lightweight but very well balanced. Very smooth action, easy to deploy with either the low profile flipper tab or the cutout in the blade. The knife has a drop shut action as well.

Very utilitarian design with some very subtle signs of premium thought and engineering. The backspacer is intergrated into the show side scale and the contour of the scale fits perfectly in the hand both in a forward and reverse grip.

This knife is very useful for daily tasks but can also be used in a defensive situation.

I like the size but a slight smaller version (like 3.4inch blade) would be perfect.

Also, the pocket clip is a bit of an eyesore (although it does function very well).

For the price, this is a very impressive knife.
Pros:
  • Lightweight
  • Great fit and finish
  • thin
  • Great Ergonomics
  • smooth action
  • Balanced
  • Full Size
Cons:
  • Ugly Pocket Clip
Best Used for:
  • EDC
  • Defensive applications
  • Food prep
