OpticsPlanet.com' eyewear specialist Calley was very helpful at steering me through the options of selecting the lenses and coating for these sunglasses. She didn't steer me wrong. I don't know if it is Trivex lenses or Bolle's B-Thin lens technology, probably both, but these lenses are outstanding. Very clear and no distortion even at the edges of my field of vision. Calley said that the Trivex lenses had better optical clarity and she was right. I am very happy that I ordered the lenses directly from the Bolle factory (Through Optics Planet) instead of using a third party lab. I was fortunate to have had my pupil distance already measured, but even more lucky that I found the Bolle frames locally and got the segment height measured for me which I am sure contributed to the excellent lens distortion-free fit. The frames are large, but so is my face, so they feel right, and they are extremely light. The lightest glasses that I have ever owned. I ordered the polarized off-shore blue tint which has a mirror look, and I am very pleased. There is zero glare. My only complaint so far is some mild fogging up of the lenses due, I'm sure to the tight to the face fit, but I can live with it by pulling the glasses away from my face little. I would recommend these to anybody with a big face, and the lenses to anybody who really appreciates excellent quality vision.
