Bolle glasses for or - Bolle Silium Safety Glasses

I bought these glasses to use in the operating room. They are excellent shields and the anti-fog lens makes them great. The only real issue is the B+ at the top of each lens. I can see these when I wear the glasses. It is VERY ANNOYING and since I don't even know what it means it seems quite ridiculous. I'm not sure who in their right mind thought that would be a good idea. They are glasses---I am not sure why obstructing any bit of the visibiltiy would be a good idea.
Pros: No-fog
Cons: B+ at top of lens
