Guts's Review of Bounty Hunter Lone Star Pro Metal Detectors

The Lone Star Pro is okay. I got this to help me find a somewhat large $300 lost part in 2 1/2' of blown in insulation. I did find it but metal detector doesn't work well for lost jewelry. It wont pick up any of my wife's necklaces. It barely picked up, 1" away, a 3/4" wide gold bracelet. It does find very small rusty nails well. I recommend it for a good kids toy, finding pennies and large steel objects.
