Made 1 moa shooter even better - Boyds Hardwood Gunstocks Prairie Hunter Tikka T3 Detachable Box Mag Factory Barrel Channel Stock

I purchased one of the first Tikka T3 Lite rifles to arrive in my state over ten years ago. Even with the exceptional plastic stock and aluminum recoil lug, it shot 1 MOA consistently with my handloads. My benchrest friends suggested I put the action into a better stock but I am retired and have to watch my budget. This Boyd's stock was the answer. Using a new steel recoil lug that inserted tightly into the stock inlet, the action dropped in as tight as if it had been bedded. The .308 Win now shoots .25 to .50 MOA when I do my part with the factory trigger. That is right, no trigger upgrade to get this consistent accuracy in a factory hunting rifle.
