Zipper broke after light use in 4 months of use - Boyt Harness Signature Series Shotgun Case w/Pocket

I bought this thing in June. It looked very high quality and I wanted the best for my Beretta. Unfortunately, I’ve used this thing 10 times at the most and always left inside of the truck or the house. Just got back from a pheasant trip and the zipper completely fell apart. I wrote to Boyt to let them know of the issue and I still haven’t heard anything back. Buyer beware, doesn’t appear they stand behind their product. It’s a shame, prior to the zipper issue I really liked it.
