Boyt Gun Case
This is a excellent gun case; however for me it was to narrow for the gun I needed it for (scoped ruger precision rifle). I attempted to use it on one of my 3 scoped AR10 or AR15, but found that it was once again too narrow. Hated that, but it was a fact so I had to return it for a store credit which I am still waiting on as of this date (Sep 3). I have no doubt it will appear since OpticPlant said it could take 7 to 10 business days to show up. No problem. Better then a competition
The case is very high quality. Locks well and 4 metal locks is outstanding against competition. Tikka with a low mounted scope will fit. Keeps rifle in place. Light and easy in transport. Close tightly and is handy.

Excellent and handy
Light enough and not too bulky. Confidently latched and no gaps. Airline ready and light enough for a trunk and to carry. My rifles are Tikka T3x and T1x with low Burris scopes on both. Secure and feels very well. I purchased Two. Highly recommend.

O ring gasket gap, subpar foam.
Overall this case is worth the money for me, but only because I am only planning to use it driving to and from the range, not planning to fly with it. The foam inserts are not customizable. There are only 2 layers, and one layer is egg foam. So if you were to cut out either layer to customize, the rifle would be contacting directly with the hard case on one side of that layer. More disappointing is that the O ring gasket has a significant gap of several inches in it near the handle. How that made it past QA inspection is concerning. I will have to make sure the case never gets wet!

To small for my needs
Thought this was the one I saw at tractor supply...it wasn't. Barly fits anything ...didn't want the hassle of return . But was the same price as the bigger one I needed. Dang . Was the same quality as my other boyt case just like the wish small version ...cool if I had mp5 or something

Great case
The twist down locks hold your AR secure in the nice foam lining. You can keep the rifle's magazines can be placed in the case with out fear of them harming the rifle. If you want instead of the magazines you can carry a pistol or two.
