Runs a little big. I am 5’11” 230lbs and normally wear a XL top (46-48) and a 36-38 waist. I ordered the XL-XXL and had to send it back for a M-L. Other than that this is and great vest. High quality. Magnets are a little weak but if too short would cause problems with quick entry for more shells.
