Used/dirty upon arrival - Bravo Company MFG Bolt Carrier Group (MPI) - Auto

Just received this product in the mail today, first impression was not that great since it is very clearly used and considerably more than just from a couple of test fires. I have reached out to BCM to find out about this and see if this is standard practice but have not received a response yet. This item still seems solid and tight but when paying a premium price for a new product, you expect premium products to be delivered not used. I have nothing against used products, but it is shady and dishonest to sell something as new when it is clearly used.
