Frankthetank's Review of Browning Big Game Kanawha Rain Jacket - Mens
Haven't used the jacket yet but it looks well constructed for the price point. It will probably make as much noise as most rain gear but I'm aware of that. Thicker than some of my other rain jackets from major brands. Hopefully this gets me by until i can save for some higher end rain gear. 5-9 170lbs M fits well with plenty of room for layers.
