Vest not for the serious hunter - Browning Birdn Lite Strap Vest with Pheasants Forever Embroidery

While the browning bird n lite strap vest screams I'm cool, it needs some redesigning at critical points. I hunted hard on the grasslands of SD for grouse this past weekend and here's what I found it needs. First the snaps are weak and when there is any weight from a grouse or two water bottles in the provided pouches they open and the back becomes sloppy and hard to insert water bottles after watering a needy dog. The belt for the hips is way too long I think it would fit a 50 inch waist, mine is an xl/2xl. All of that extra strap has to tuck in some where and crossing fences leaves you hung up if it's not. The game bag isn't blood proof as noticed by my hunting pants. While it is a strap vest the material is still hot on a three hour walk at 65 degrees. I am 5-10 220 pounds and if I was to try another I would get the m/l not the xl/2xl but I'll be returning mine for a refund.
