Great fit, carries load well, but not blood proof - Browning Birdn Lite Strap Vest with Pheasants Forever Embroidery

I love the way the vest fits. It carries the load well. lots of nice features and pockets, easy loading game bag I didn't dislocate my shoulder putting birds in there. My only complaint is that mine was definitely NOT blood proof. On the first use, I had a considerable amount of blood that soaked thru this vest and onto the back of my pants and even thru to my underwear. My wife was not pleased. Overall a great game vest as it does not add a lot of weight or additional cover when you are wearing it. The shoulder straps are nice and wide and very comfy. I hope mine non blood proof problem was just an anomaly.
