Not exactly fleece but very quite when moving in the stand...I would say it fits about a half size small...I'm 5'9" 220 and ordered a XL its not skin tight but not quit as loose as a normal XL...only draw back for me it has no pockets...great CAMO pattern looks very sharp. Great for layering...if I wore this with just a under shirt it would keep you warm at 40 to 50 degrees any colder than that and you would have to layer up
