A useful addition to my outdoors clothing. Go up a size. In my case, I am a little more mature, and the fit is a bit more suited to my younger form! In any event, went up a size and it works great. The fabric is modern, and has some stretch, but a size up was fine for me. I am a huge fan of A-TACS, and in my local terrain, it works great in the FG. The pattern is one of the main advantages of this vest, which works great with the 1/4 zip pullover or mesh shirt on a cooler day, or when you need some pockets. The vest is fairly well built, and has proved to be more robust than I first thought. I like freedom of movement in my arms, so in that regard it is useful when the weather is not too severe. It is a handy item. Came to me quickly, well packed and documented, and at a reasonable price compared to competitors.
