Got this for my wife to go with her Browning shooting vest. Pad is small enough that it never gets in the way but large enough to cushion the recoil. Had a recoil pad on end of buttstock but made her pull a little too long. This is an ideal substitute for the recoil pad. Maybe combining this with 7/8 ounce light loads will be the perfect combo to make her shooting even more enjoyable.
