Good for the money, as long as you know what your getting - Browning Hunt Master LED Flashlight

Its a very bright light. It dosn't focus tight at all. Even on its tightest focus, at only 5 feet away, the light pattern is 2 feet wide, but its so bright, you'll see what you're pointing it at. Its too bright for little indor jobs, plus the batteries are wicked expensive to be using all the time. Great for outdoors though! The newer light of the same model is 400 lumens, not just 300. Pay the extra 20 bucks and get the 400 lumen model.
