Cameras won't work and browning customer service is horrible - Browning Trail Cameras Strike Force Trail Camera

I bought two of these in March. They were working fine until last week. I went to switch out the memory cards and neither camera will turn on. I have tried fresh batteries, new memory cards and I even tried to update the software but I can't without them turning on. Today I called Browning and all they would say it send them in, at my own expense. They will repair or replace but no return authorization, no prepaid shipping, if I want to make sure they get it I have to pay for signed delivery. These are my first two Browning Trail cams and they will be my last.
