Brunton bantam rocks
This little stove rocks. It's quiet, easy to set up and light weight. And the best thing is that it can simmer well. With such a price, it is a huge bargain and I would recommend it to anyone.

Brunton Bantam White Gas Stove
Havn't used it in adverse conditions, but on a windy day, it boiled a small pot of water in about 2 minutes. It works as Brunton says it should and is priced right. White gas is available most anywhere and economical, plus it should burn well under most conditions due to the fuel.

This stove comes with more than is mentioned here. It Does have the fuel tank with it as well as maintenance tool and kit.
