Eight Ball's Review of Brunton Echo 3-9x40 Rifle Scope - BDC Reticle

What am I supposed to do my scope is no good not but about 2.5 yrs. old five different men has shot this thing.Can see Cross hairs move by grabbing eye adjuster they are telling me something wrong shot three kinds of ammo thru it. Someone tell me something plz.
