Have owned the 4-24 and 3-18 Gold Star scopes for about 15 months now. The 4-24 is on a .308 and the 3-18 is on a 6mm Remington. Both have performed well for me and proved reliable for my target shooting. Mind you, the optics in my 4-20 Weaver Super Slam are better, but the BSA optics are pretty good for the price, being clear at all powers. Only complaints I have are the 4-24 is 50mm, prefer a 44mm and had to dremel away some metal on my one piece scope base to clear the plug on bottom of scope tube. I've had some gents who buy only much higher priced scopes like Zeiss and Leupold be impressed with the scope after viewing thru it and playing with the adjustments.
Pros: Nice features, decent optics
Cons: Would have preferred a 44 mm front occular
