Capt. Ferrall's Review of Buffalo Bore Ammunition 19A/20 Outdoorsman .357 Magnum 180 Grain Hard Cast Flat Nose Ammunition
I used to carry a 44 mag lever for bear protection , but it s ballistics are poor over 75 yds, so I switched back to my 24” lever in 357mag with hard cast BUFFALO BORE.
I am now hitting out much further, and my 357 lever holds 4 more rounds.
This hard cast 357 out of a 20+ inch barrel hits harder than a 44mag out of a 4” barrel.
I’m more confident with reach, accuracy and more potent rounds in my rifle, in the event a Griz gets aggressive when I’m out harvesting deer/elk .
Buffalo bore has never let me down it is deep penetrating and bone crushing on bear and elk and smokes deer in there footsteps.
