The metal belt clip is extremely hard to change from right to left because of the 90* flange which holds the holster to your belt.
Once you accomplish that, the holster works as designed and holds the weapon in a good position for drawing.
Great for the price too.
Pros: works good when adjusted properly, great price
Cons: metal belt clip difficult to omve
