What you see is what you get - Bulldog Cases & Vaults Hard Sided Nylon 40" X 14" Rifle Tactical Case Black for AR 15 BD595

The case does not have a plastic exterior, it is some type of cloth cover panel. All sides ARE rigid panels. The inside top of the case has a soft fur-like lining. There are 3 30rnd mag wells and an ammo/accessory well. I keep Shoot-n-See targets and my AR owners manual in the thin outside pocket. I like the fact that the case does NOT scream assault rifle.

I'm very happy with the case.
Pros: Seems made well, foam cutout for rifle well executed
Cons: Not what most think of as a hard case.
